Stockman’s Supper

As the sun sets over the Great Dividing Range, the music starts, the laughs ring out and the aromas of the first of 2 courses tantalise our taste buds.

2 courses camp oven cooked, served about dusk Friday night.

It’s a rustic outdoor affair, a gathering of friends, old and new as twilight settles into the camp.

Tables are shared and new friends are made. There are tales told of people who sat together 19 years ago at the first Stockman’s Supper and continue to connect under the marquee for a good feed and belly laughs.

2 courses, camp oven cooked.
